Soy flour with soy protein isolate, oat fiber, whey, bovine colostrum, freeze-dried duck egg, skim milk sweetened with sucralose to 200 ml of water, add 2 tablespoons of 20 g of the milkshake and shake until a homogeneous or uniform mixture is obtained. To enjoy a frothy drink, you can use milk of your choice, cold, hot and blend for one minute.
