PORTION OR DOSAGE

Malt variety 16 with blueberry, artichoke, ginger, garlic, chamomile.
Shake well before use, add one (1) measuring cup of 15 ml in one (1) glass of water (250 ml), you can take it before or after breakfast and so on until the product is finished. Shake well before use.
