Soy flour with panela, ginger, cinnamon and lemon to 200 ml of water, add 2 tablespoons of 20 g of the milkshake and shake until a homogeneous or uniform mixture is obtained. To enjoy a frothy drink, you can use milk of your preference, cold, hot and blend for one minute.
