PORTION OR DOSAGE

Soy flour with chia seeds, papaya, pitahaya and psyllium sweetened with stevia.

Day 1 sachet powder: dissolve in 1 glass of raw aguapanela or pineapple juice without straining take on an empty stomach the next day take the aloe vera. Shake well before use.
